Return Eligibility

  • Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Hygiene-sensitive accessories are not eligible for return.

  • Certain items may have item-specific return conditions, which will be clearly stated on the product page. These conditions take precedence over the general return policy.

Return Conditions

  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • If items are returned in poor condition or show signs of wear and tear, a refund or exchange may be denied.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

  • Approved returns for damaged or incorrect items are free of charge, regardless of quantity. No restocking fee will apply.

Store Credit

In certain scenarios, we may opt to provide store credit for returned items instead of a refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning items to Break80Club. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Break80Club is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange for any reason. All decisions regarding returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Break80Club.
